Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer to support our manufacturing operations, focusing on enhancing equipment reliability and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

* Assist in the development and implementation of equipment reliability improvement strategies.
* Support Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) activities and initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
* Contribute to the execution of Maintenance Excellence programs and best practices.
* Support the Maintenance Management team in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities.
* Assist in the development and optimization of Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Processes.
* Support the team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of Manufacturing Equipment.
* Participate in the implementation and monitoring of Predictive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance programs.
* Assist with Preventive Maintenance Planning to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
* Provide support for SAP Project Implementation related to maintenance and asset management.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field).
* Understanding of Equipment Reliability Improvement principles.
* Familiarity with Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) methodologies.
* Basic knowledge of Maintenance Excellence and Maintenance Management concepts.
* Exposure to Maintenance Planning and Maintenance Processes.
* Understanding of Manufacturing Equipment operation and maintenance.
* Awareness of Predictive Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques.
* Basic experience or exposure to Preventive Maintenance Planning.
* Familiarity with SAP Project Implementation is a plus.
