Assistant Manager - Delivery

  • Training Program Management:

    • Plan, schedule, and oversee the delivery of both virtual and classroom-based training programs.
    • Manage the logistics of training delivery, including trainer coordination, session materials, platform setup, and participant communication.
    • Ensure adherence to timelines and training goals, while maintaining a high standard of learner experience.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and content development teams to align on training objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and learners, addressing queries and providing support before, during, and after training sessions.
    • Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements and customize training delivery accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Monitor and manage training delivery metrics, such as attendance rates, learner feedback, and trainer performance.
    • Identify and resolve issues that may affect training quality, including technology disruptions or learner engagement challenges.
    • Implement process improvements to streamline operations and improve the overall efficiency of the training delivery process.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Track and report on training delivery performance, including completion rates, learner satisfaction scores, and learning outcomes.
    • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve future training sessions and optimize learner engagement.
  • Vendor/Trainer Management:

    • Manage external trainers and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.
    • Assist in onboarding, contracting, and evaluation of trainers, ensuring they meet the quality standards of the organization.
