Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Accounts


Company:Lead HR Services Private Limited


Location:T. Nagar, Chennai


Qualification:M.Com / CA (Inter)


Experience:8–10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.


Must have strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting and be capable of independently handling the finalization of accounts.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation.
  • Independently finalize accounts and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Handle reconciliation of statutory liabilities such as ESI, EPF, Gratuity, and other provisions.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements — TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Monitor and control accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
  • Skills Required:Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
