Assistant Manager - ESG

Data Collection and Reporting:

  • Collect and manage ESG data across various projects across businesses.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the designated online platform.
  • Prepare detailed ESG reports for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Implementation of ESG initiatives

  • Implement new initiatives/drives
  • Visit project sites/Manufacturing sites and recommend ESG focused improvements.

            

BRSR Core KPIs Assurance:

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the reliability of BRSR Core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support verification processes and audits to achieve reasonable assurance of data quality and accuracy.

 

Analysis and Presentation:

  • Assist in preparing ESG data analysis for senior management.
  • Create presentations that provide insights into the organization’s sustainability performance and trends.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and validate ESG data.
  • Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

 

Trainings and Awareness

  • Conduct training sessions for personnel at project and manufacturing sites to enhance their ESG knowledge and practices.
  • Promote awareness of ESG principles and initiatives among staff at project sites, manufacturing facilities, and office locations.
