This role will support the Project Manager in execution of civil and structural works for industrial projects, ensuring timely completion within approved cost, quality, and safety standards.Job Description
About the Role:
- Assist in planning and execution of civil works including foundations, RCC works, structural steel/PEB, flooring, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and support project schedule tracking.
- Review bar bending schedules, concrete works, and structural activities.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Track materials, manpower, and site productivity.
- Support preparation of progress reports and review meetings.
- Resolve routine site issues and escalate major concerns.
About You:
- B.E Civil Engineering
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in industrial projects
- Good understanding of industrial construction practices.
- Knowledge of RCC, structural steel/PEB works, and industrial flooring.
- Strong coordination and supervision skills.
