Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Shift Manager, Assistant Manager , Restaurant Manager to lead our Wow! Momo outlet operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QSR operations, people management, and delivering exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end restaurant operations: FOH & BOH

✅ Ensure excellent guest service & resolve customer queries/concerns

✅ Drive sales, increase footfall, and achieve monthly targets

✅ Maintain inventory, stock planning, ordering & wastage control

✅ Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards compliance

✅ Rostering, staff handling, attendance & grievance management

✅ Training & development of team members to enhance productivity

✅ Cash handling, billing verification & daily P&L review

✅ Coordinate with Area Manager & support functions for smooth operations

✅ Ensure compliance with company SOPs & audit requirements

Key Requirements

📌 Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant/QSR operations

📌 Experience managing a team in high-volume outlets preferred

📌 Strong leadership, communication & customer service skills

📌 Knowledge of F&B inventory & cost control systems

📌 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts

📌 Graduation preferred; Hotel Management background is an advantage
