Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with extensive experience in residential high-rise building project sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategies, client relationship management, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential high-rise projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and investors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
