Job Summary:

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance. The role requires strong coordination, product knowledge in interior design, and the ability to manage staff and client requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Support sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide guidance to customers on interior design solutions, furniture, and décor products
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for order execution
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and replenishment
• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics
• Train and supervise store staff to maintain service quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in furniture/interior design industry
• Experience in showroom sales or customer relationship management is preferred
