Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Processor to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in Originations - Processor, ensuring efficient processing of applications and adherence to compliance standards. This role is critical in supporting our operational goals and enhancing customer satisfaction through timely and accurate processing.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review applications in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to originations.
• Utilize processing systems effectively to track and manage application workflows.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing updates on application status.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members on processing standards and procedures.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Originations - Processor.
• Proficient in data entry and management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the processing domain.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in processing or related areas is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
