ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER

Responsible for lease management received from call center sourced through lead aggregators and fin tech partners.

Closely coordinate with the field team (ZBM, BBM, RM, RM, RO) for timely feedback and faster TOT for the lead status received.

Working closely with product, call center, credit at HOat state and zone for lead fulfillment.

Coordinate with Product, NCM policy at HO for amending and modifying the product policy as per the requirement from market time to time.
