Recruitment Support

• Working on requirements based on the JD for the Middle East region by coordinating with and supporting the core Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely closure of positions.

• Handling bulk hiring for Technician and Installer profiles based on vacancies.

• Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates.

• Will be a part of the HR Shared Services team, providing support to the core Talent Acquisition team to fulfill open positions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong sourcing capability with the ability to validate and screen profiles effectively
• Experience in handling bulk hiring drives (approximately 20–40 candidates per drive)
• Ability to work with speed while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, systematic, and well-organized approach with effective prioritization skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to Talent Acquisition processes and handle varying situations
• Flexibility to work during weekends, as and when required

Experience & Eligibility:

• 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Experience in volume hiring is an added advantage
• Good Communication with proactiveness
