Roles & Responsibilities (04A)

1.     Planning and executing the experiments as per instructions/procedure.

2.     Interpretation of experimental results and propose process improvements

3.     Preparing reports on project status and updating regularly

4.     Support for documentation and involvement in lab activities

5.     Time management and Good Documentation practices

6.     Training and adhering to Non GMP/cGMP procedures

7.     Training and adhering to EHS procedures                                                                             

8.     Capable to perform Literature search for alternative route of synthesis for intermediates, API and impurities (Safe, Cost effective and robust process).

9.     Supporting KGL/TT/MS&T departments for Technology transfer at manufacturing scale in plant and in resolving all the issues during scale up and suggesting modifications to develop a scalable and robust process

 

 

The candidate should hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry, possess strong communication skills, and have basic computer proficiency. One to two years of industrial experience in chemical synthesis is preferred, including hands-on work in laboratory-scale reactions, process optimization, data documentation, and adherence to EHS and non‑GMP/cGMP practices. Exposure to route scouting, impurity handling, or scale‑up support activities will be an added advantage.
