Asst.Manager-SSC IT

Key Responsibilities:

1) Monitor and maintain the health of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. 

2) Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations. 

3) Support the implementation of changes to IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining business continuity. 

4) Oversee SSC's network infrastructure, focusing on security and performance, to safeguard data and ensure efficient communication. 

5) Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns or challenges that arise. 

6) Identify areas for improvement in IT infrastructure and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. 

7) Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all SSC IT requirements at the Chennai Campus, covering infrastructure, applications, and digital initiatives, to ensure seamless integration and support for all IT-related needs.
