Service Delivery Manager / Operations Manager

Reporting Manager's Role: Customer Leader

Job Description
- Prioritization and dynamic assignments of workflow and processing of Motor/Fleet leasing finance payouts to dealers, merchants and intermediaries within the agreed timelines & accuracy
- Manage and ensure accuracy handling various sub-activities and processes; Perform QA as per client requirements
- Ensure all Client deliverables/ MIS are shared as per agreed timelines.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive Motor/Auto dealer payout processes
- Experience in Auto/Dealer finance, leases, hire purchase agreements; Domain knowledge of E2E auto/dealer leasing/financing process
- Proficient in dealing with Auto Finance applications
- Have worked in the process which has v. tight turnaround time for payouts, disbursements and ability to manage strict SLAs for payments turnaround
- Interact with the Client and provide required updates.
- Handhold and manage team across diverse situation.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources within the team and manage dynamic flow of dealer volumes
- Train the team and keep them updated with all relevant details.
- Responsible for Customer Service Delivery - discuss with Client on weekly basis and have continuous interaction for ensuring timeliness and accu racy
- Customer relationship Management: Review C-Sat scores, discuss with Client and develop action plans to address the issues.
- Performance review: Monitor work allocation done by TL based on volume and ensure teams concerns on workload/Shift are addressed
- Operational improvement by Process improvements after detailed process study
- Knowledge Management: Prepare training plans, Ensure back-ups for process continuity
- People Management: Continuous team meetings and define clear goals.
- Resource Planning
- Managed periodic reviews of SOP’s/KPI’s
- Audit & Compliance

Knowledge/Experience:
- 10-12 years' Experience in Loan operations and experience in leading Auto Finance/Transport Finance engagements for 2-3 years
- Managing Operations as well as Client Relationship with large Clients
- Assist core Ops teams to address client escalations through providing solutions and sharing best practices
- Should have handled and led multiple & large teams
- Lead new client migrations through close involvement in establishing new operations teams
- Should be able to contribute and implement best practices
- Should have Customer Handling Experience
- Should have managed a span of 30+ FTEs

Competencies/Skills:
- Strong Execution skills
- Thorough Lending Process knowledge & control mechanisms
- Excellent knowledge of Operational Risk & Risk Reviews

Qualifications:

Graduate/Any additional certification in respective stream (Professional Qualification Preferable)

Essential:

Advanced Knowledge of Lending & Risk, Operational Management, Team Management & Presentation skills

Desirable: Knowledge of Finance & Accounts, Lease financing and Credit Management
