AutoCAD Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Mechanical Draftsman to join our Chennai Works Office. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, supporting production activities, and coordinating with the engineering team to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop fabrication and shop drawings for production
• Modify and revise drawings as per instructions from engineers / reporting manager
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and specifications
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
• Coordinate with production and site teams for drawing clarifications
• Assist in preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) if required
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, scaling, and detailing
