Job Description
- Work Environment:
- Office-based, field-based, or hybrid roles depending on the company
- May require travel to meet clients or attend events
- Often involves working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Proven sales experience (industry-specific if required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts using CRM software.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Market Research:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
