Role: Senior Service Advisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Serve as the key point of contact for customers and ensure an excellent customer experience. 

* Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating mechanical know-how and knowledge of automobiles. 

* Understand the service requirements, vehicle complaints and recommend the right services.

* Conduct test drives and assess the requirements (with the help of a technician if necessary). 

* Create job cards, estimates, invoices, and ensure accurate and timely collection of payment. 

* Consult with a technician about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to repairs as

required by the customer.

* Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM

(original equipment manufacturer) part options.

* Answer questions about service outcomes (after consulting with a technician if necessary) .

* Manage and oversee the service centre’s workflow and scheduling.

* Effectively manage customer expectations on service / delivery timelines and ensure timely delivery of vehicles with utmost customer satisfaction. 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

* Educational Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical

Engineering or a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

* Minimum of 5 years experience in the automobile field and at least 2 years experience as a Service Advisor

* Product knowledge

* Passion for automobiles.

* Good communication to interact with customers

* Basic Computer Operating Skills
