Job Title: Technician/Team Leader – Maintenance Facilities / Plant Facilities

Grade: 3 & 4

Location: KAEC (King Abdullah Economic City)

Mandatory - 

• Hands-on experience in OEM Car manufacturing Industry
• 3–5 years electrical/ Mechanical maintenance experience 
• Ability to read electrical schematics 
• Willingness to work shifts / 24-7 support

Job Summary:

The Technician Plant Facility -Mechanical/Electrical is responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of mechanical systems within the automotive manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hard services ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The technician will conduct routine inspections, assist with equipment upgrades, and support the overall efficiency of mechanical system

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance plans and work orders.
• Installation and Maintenance: Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and components, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with specifications.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct scheduled inspections of Mechanical systems to identify potential issues, implementing corrective measures as needed. 
• Troubleshooting: Effectively diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs with minimal impact on production operations, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools.
• Equipment Setup Assistance: Participate in the setup and commissioning of new Mechanical equipment, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, inspections conducted, and equipment status, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
