B-License Holder (Elevators)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out installation and commissioning of new elevators and escalators as per design specifications.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing elevator systems to ensure safe operation.
3. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs efficiently.
4. Conduct routine safety inspections and testing in compliance with statutory and company safety norms.
5. Maintain detailed service records and maintenance reports.
6. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients for project scheduling and progress updates.
7. Ensure proper calibration and adjustment of elevator control systems.
8. Assist in modernization or upgrade projects of old elevator systems.
9. Train junior technicians or helpers on safe and efficient work practices.
10. Follow all health, safety, and quality protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Valid B-Class Elevator Technician License.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in elevator company
