B2B Sales Executive ( 3+Years Experience )

Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Position Summary:

The B2B Sales Coordinator supports the B2B sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a good understanding of B2B sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and proposals.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and sales calls.

Update customer databases.

Prepare sales reports.

Be the main contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Maintain strong client relationships.

Follow up on sales leads.

Analyze sales data and track performance.

Work with marketing, finance, and product teams.

Generate sales performance reports.

Identify ways to improve sales processes.

Stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 - 4 years in B2B sales coordination or a similar role.

Education: Bachelor's degree

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills. Mandatory Language (English, Tamil & Hindi - Added Advantage)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
