This role requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales Data Management – Maintain and update sales records, invoices, and reports.

✔ Order Processing – Handle order confirmations, inventory checks, and follow-ups.

✔ Customer Handling – Assist customers with order queries, complaints, and resolutions.

✔ Coordination – Work with the sales team, suppliers, and delivery partners for smooth operations.

✔ Report Generation – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order status reports.
