Job Description
Role SummaryManage administrative, billing, and inventory operations to ensure the smooth functioning of theservice center.
- Core ResponsibilitiesBilling & Invoicing: Generate accurate customer bills, including labor and parts.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of spare parts and place orders when low.
- Data Entry: Maintain digital records of job cards, customer history, and service schedules.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports , revenue, and pending payments.
- Communication: Send service reminders to customers and coordinate between the workshop and accounts.
- Quick RequirementsTools: Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Skills: Strong organization and attention to detail.
