We specialize in concept design, manufacturing, installation, and execution of entertainment projects across India.
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Back Office & Operations Coordinator to manage administrative work, coordinate closely with internal teams and company owners, and personally follow up on factory production activities to ensure smooth project execution.
The ideal candidate must be organized, disciplined, and capable of handling both office coordination and factory-level follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Back Office Operations
Maintain project files, quotations, invoices, and documentation
Prepare BOQs, proposals, and client-related documents
Manage email communication and vendor coordination
Maintain MIS reports and daily status updates
Support accounts and dispatch documentation
Internal Team & Owner Coordination
Coordinate daily with design, production, and installation teams
Work directly with company owners for task execution and priority management
Prepare daily/weekly work reports for management
Ensure instructions from management are implemented properly
Factory & Production Follow-up
Personally follow up with factory staff regarding:
5D Theater manufacturing work
Mirror Maze & Infinity Room production
Soft Play fabrication and assembly
Track production timelines and dispatch schedules
Coordinate for material availability and procurement
Immediately report delays or issues to management
Import & Inventory Coordination
Follow up on imported arcade games shipments
Maintain stock records of arcade machines and soft play materials
Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatch
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Operations
1–3 years experience in back office or operations coordination (Manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel & documentation
Basic understanding of production processes
Willingness to visit factory regularly
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
