Backend Support (Insurance Renewals)

• Job Description:

 Renewals involve client interactions, solving customer queries.

 Reminding customers about their Insurance policy renewal payments by outbound calls.

 Reminding clients on policy renewals through email, phone calls, SMS Follow-up and co-ordinate with necessary departments to deliver solution to the clients.

 Responding to inbound calls about client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to their policies.

 Focusing on retaining existing clients to increase company revenue and profitability.

 Effective Communication in English and understanding capability.

 Interested in learning and adapting to the challenges in the job.

 Good in interacting with peoples.

 Had good convincing skills and problem solving skills.

 Age: 20 to 30 years.

Education: UG – Any Degree. PG – Not Required Industry
