Bakery Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Ounce The Dessert Bar. You’ll be handling both kitchen support and front counter duties — making this a hands-on, customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

∙ Assist with kitchen operations 

∙ Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times

∙ Handle counter sales —Packing, and customer service

∙ Manage basic inventory and stock replenishment

∙ Support the team during peak hours.

Requirements

∙ Some prior experience in a bakery, café, or food outlet preferred

∙ Willing to work full-day shifts

∙ Good attitude, punctual, and a team player

∙ Basic communication skills in Tamil (English a plus)
