Bancassurance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Strategy: Develop and implement plans to meet insurance sales targets, identify new opportunities (cross-selling/upselling), and drive overall business growth. 
• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong connections with bank managers, staff, and insurance partners to ensure seamless collaboration. 
• Training & Motivation: Conduct training for bank employees on insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service to empower them to sell effectively. 
• Lead & Customer Management: Generate leads from bank customers, support joint sales calls, provide consultations, and ensure excellent post-sale service. 
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and report performance to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed. 
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere strictly to banking and insurance regulations and internal policies.
