Job Role:

The Unit Manager – Bancassurance is responsible for driving insurance sales through bank branches by managing relationships with bank staff and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches
• Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank employees
• Motivate and train bank staff to promote insurance products
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Support customers with policy queries and documentation
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)
• Experience in insurance / bancassurance preferred
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel between bank branches
