What would you do? We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model. Com.Bkg- Commercial Real Estate refers to the sector of real estate that deals with properties used for business purposes. This includes office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial properties. The focus is on buying, selling, leasing, and managing these properties to generate income. It involves various stakeholders such as investors, developers, and property managers. The goal is to maximize the value and return on investment of commercial properties. Loans are granted based on the income generated from the property and the crediworthiness is evaluated by analyzing the property by its location, amenities, ageing and the revenue generated and the occupancy. A process by which a company (mortgage bank, servicing firm, etc.) collects interest, principal and escrow payments from a borrower. This includes sending monthly payment statements and collecting monthly payments, maintaining records of payments and balances, collecting and paying taxes and insurance (and managing escrow and impound funds), remitting funds to the note holder, and following up on delinquencies.
What are we looking for? Required resources for US commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lending, commercial servicing process. 100% RTO and US Shift timing.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
