Prepare and serve hot coffee, cold coffee, and other beverages as per standard recipes
Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of beverages
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries politely
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the café
Handle billing and POS operations (if required)
Follow food safety and company SOP standards
Support in stock management and daily inventory
