*Experience* Freshers/ Upto 10 yrs experience in Aesthetic/Cosmetology/Beauty/Spa/Saloon/hair & Skin Clinic/Hospitals is considerable.
*Qualifications* 10+ Pass/Fail/DMLT/GNM/ANM/Any Diploma /Degree for Therapist.
*Communication Skills* Tamil with speaking fluency must know additional languages is an added advantage.
*Training* 2 weeks of training would be given at the corporate office Chennai from date of joining onwards.

For employees less than Rs.21,430 gross salary EPF is mandatory, for rest it's a choice on their own to include or exclude through Form 11.
*Insurance* Upon completion of 2 yrs service with the company you would be eligible for Group Mediclaim policy 2.5 Lakhs and GPA10lakhs for employee alone.
*Gratuity Eligible* - Upon completion of 5yrs with company/ As per statutory law applicable.
*Salary Date*
As discussed during the pre-interview. will be credited between on or before 8th-12th every month.
*Incentives*
In addition to the salary based on your Targets and against your achievements on the same considering your regional performance and overall company performance you are eligible for Quarterly Incentives. For new ventures upon completion Breakeven Point / targets.
*Appraisals*
In addition to the salary and incentives based on your Individual performance and achievements and considering your regional, overall company performance you are eligible for year-on-year appraisals. Which usually falls on financial year pay cycle.
*Training Policy*
As per standard Operating Policy it is mandatory to undergo the Training for a period of Max 2 weeks for all the Therapist/Centre Manager at our corporate office – Chennai location.
Salary would be calculated and paid from day one of the Therapist/Centre Manager joining with our corporate office.
As per our Company policy Therapist/Centre Manager to and fro travel tickets would be booked by the Corporate HR team.
During training period Standard accommodation would be provided & booked by the company for your entire training period with us at our corporate office.
During training period company cab would be provided to and fro between corporate offices to hotel accommodation.
You will be eligible to get claim of your local transport from your residence to bus/Train Terminus as per company policy through IOU on ERP portal after creation of ERP access.
For Except Localities the Lodging and boarding would be provided from company end.
*Uniforms* For All Branch staffs, Uniforms would be provided post training and observation.
The cost of the uniform would be deducted in 2 splits and the same would be recredited within 6 months for the supporting staffs and with in a year for Centre Heads.
*Working Hours & Leave Policy as follows*
*Working hours* -10am - 8pm standard timings for the whole weeks based on the business needs roaster will be confirmed by the respective branch head or sales head, However, for Saturday and Sunday its mandatory working days, since the business is more on those days. also required to be flexible on weekends closing hours additionally 1 hours on need basis.
*Week off* - you are allowed to take 1 week off per week between Monday - Friday only not on weekends due to business requirement.
*Comb off* - if you are requested/Willfully to work on your week off on need basis, you are eligible for comb off and comb off should be availed within the same month, in case of fail to avail comb offs within the same month it would be considered as Double pay and paid along with monthly salary as per our company policy applicable it will not be carry forward further.
*Marriage Leave* - Eligible for 6 days with Pay. Upon Completion of 1year service with the company.
*Paternity Leave* - Eligible for 6 days with pay. Upon Completion of 1year service with the company.
*Maternity Leave* - Eligible for 6 months with pay 3 months. Upon Completion of 1year service with the company.
*All above leaves and offs are subject to the approval of Immediate supervisor/Manager with prior intimation*

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Works with Centre Manager /Sales Heads and other inter-departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product/Service information by sharing client feedback gained in the clinical consultants.
Serves customers by meeting customer needs and promoting products and services.
