Billing Executive

• Female - Rotation shift - Day & Night shift rotation
• Payment Processing: Receive and post payments (cash, card, insurance, EFT) for services, issue receipts, and handle refunds/change.
• Billing & Inquiries: Prepare patient bills, verify charges, and respond to patient questions about billing, coordinating with insurance desks.
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain daily cash logs, balance cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and transfer data to accounting systems.
• Insurance Coordination: File insurance forms, monitor submitted claims, and follow up on unpaid claims.
• Administrative Duties: Manage petty cash, prepare financial reports, and ensure all financial activities meet hospital standards.
• Patient & Staff Support: Assist with scheduling follow-ups, provide information on services, and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA). 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in cash handling, medical billing, or administration.
• Proficiency with hospital management software and accounting applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity and confidentiality.
