Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage billing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify billing data, including rates, quantities, and discounts
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure correct billing information
• Maintain billing records and documentation for audit purposes
• Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies
• Check on overdue payments/ Credit Limits and inform collections team before billing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
• Prepare periodic billing reports and MIS as required

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and invoicing
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Relevant experience in billing or accounts preferred
