Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled billing operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate accurate invoices for products and services, both manually and through the use of computer software. Key Responsibilities: Enter and process data in various billing systems to generate accurate invoices. Verify invoice accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Print, sort, and mail invoices to customers. Prepare and submit reports on billing activities as required. Conduct physical inventory counts and update inventory records as necessary. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as processing customer orders or handling customer inquiries. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
