BIM Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements.
• Oversee the adoption of BIM standards, processes, and technologies across all infrastructure projects.

Project Delivery & Quality Control

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, coordinated, and clash-free BIM models for all infrastructure projects.
• Establish workflows to optimize design, construction, and operations using BIM.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing BIM team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement through training programs.
• Foster a collaborative environment among design, planning, and construction teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Present BIM deliverables and updates to clients and management, demonstrating value addition

Innovation & Technology Integration

• Explore and implement the latest BIM tools, software, and technologies, such as 4D/5D BIM, VR/AR, and Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Drive innovation by integrating BIM with IoT, GIS, and other digital platforms.
