BIM Modeller - HVAC

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for HVAC modelling and coordination.

* Develops detailed HVAC models including sections, 3D views, annotations, schedules, and drawing setups.

* Creates and modifies HVAC Revit families with required parameters.

* Hands-on experience with DX, VRF, chilled water, ventilation, and air/water distribution systems.

* Strong understanding of HVAC low-side systems, including ducting, piping, fittings, grilles, diffusers, louvers, and dampers selection and sizing.

* Experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects (Metro rail, Road tunnel projects preferred).

* Prepares single-line diagrams, HVAC layouts, chilled water and ventilation drawings, and P&IDs.

* Applies relevant standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, and NFPA in modelling and detailing.

* Performs clash detection and coordination with other disciplines and supports clash resolution.

* Generates 3D models at required LOD levels and extracts coordinated drawings.

* Produces shop drawings, fabrication drawings, GFC, and as-built drawings.

* Carries out quantity take-offs for HVAC systems.

* Converts BIM models to CAD, DWF, and PDF formats as required.

* Works independently on assigned tasks while coordinating with design engineers and BIM leads.

* Experience with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms is an added advantage.

* Working knowledge of duct sizer, pipe sizer, and MS Office tools.
