Position: HR Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring

Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Porur / Guindy, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles

• Bulk hiring through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and field sourcing

• Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews and local hiring drives

• Screen candidates and schedule interviews with operations teams

• Handle joining formalities and basic documentation

• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports

• Coordinate with site/operations teams for manpower requirements

Key Skills:

• Experience in blue-collar / bulk / field recruitment

• Strong communication skills 

• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc.)

• Ability to work on targets and fast hiring timelines

• Good coordination and follow-up skills
