BPO Digital Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute digital transformation initiatives focused on automation and operational efficiency.
• Implement AI-driven automation solutions aligned with insurance business objectives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend appropriate digital solutions across insurance functions.
• Design, prototype, and deploy use cases related to Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, requirement documents, solution designs, and user guides.
• Deliver high-quality presentations to leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, business operations, and product teams to implement scalable digital solutions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Support change management activities, user training, and post-implementation reviews.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• • 4–6 years of experience in Digital Transformation consulting with hands-on implementation of automation solutions.
  • Proven experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI, including building and deploying AI use cases.
  • Mandatory experience working within the Insurance domain.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, process mapping, solution documentation).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

 
**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 5:30PM/3:30AM IST  at Chennai & Coimbatore location. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
