BPO Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in Tamil language (inbound/outbound)
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Follow company communication scripts and guidelines
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to higher teams when required

Required Skills:

• Fluent in Tamil (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of English (for system handling)
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently
• Basic computer knowledge
• Problem-solving ability

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
• Preferred Qualifications:Previous BPO or customer service experience
• Familiarity with call center tools/software
