Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services or gather information.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
• Provide accurate information and follow communication scripts when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all conversations.
