Job Description: BPO Telecaller

Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Industry: BPO / Call Center

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls to customers
  • Explain company products or services clearly
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
