Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls to customers
- Explain company products or services clearly
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
