- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
- Follow up with customers on service requests and complaints
- Maintain clear and polite communication at all times
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
- Record call details, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Follow company SOPs, scripts, and service guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective call handling
- Required Skills:Good verbal communication skills (English & local language preferred)
- Strong listening and problem-solving ability
- Calm, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently
- Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in customer support or telecalling
- Experience in Telecalling
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
