• Willing to work night shifts only

• Prior medical billing/voice process experience is a plus

• Interview Details:Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday
• Time: From 8:30 PM onwards
• Note: Calls will be accepted only after 2 PM

• Shift Timings:Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Cab Facility: Not provided
• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound patient calls (appointments, cancellations, queries)
• Verify insurance details & assist with prior authorizations
• Ensure HIPAA compliance & patient confidentiality
• Provide clear instructions for medical procedures
• Document call details & update billing system
• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing discrepancies
