Job Title:Branch Sales Manager (BSM) / Branch Manager (BM)

Industry:NBFC / Housing Finance / Secured Lending

Job Location: Chennai(Ambattur,Tambaram, Teynampet)

Open Positions: (MLAP Mortgage Loan Against Property)

BSM (Individual Contributor Role) Multiple openings

BM (Team Handling Role) Limited openings

Roles & Responsibilities

• Branch Sales Manager (BSM Individual Role)
• Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP / MLAP)
• Source cases through DSA, connectors, referrals, and direct sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Handle login, documentation, and coordination till disbursement
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Branch Manager (BM Team Handling Role)
• Handle end-to-end branch operations and sales
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
• Drive branch targets and improve team productivity
• Develop new sourcing channels and strengthen existing networks
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Below 40 years
• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Experience:

1. BSM: Experience in LAP/Home Loans/secured lending preferred
2. BM: Mandatory team handling experience
3. Salary / CTC - BSM: Up to 4 LPA;BM: Up to 7 LPA
4. Job Type:Full-time
