Salary Range: Up to ₹40,000/- per month (Based on Experience & Performance)

We are committed to providing authentic, quality healthcare services and expanding our reach across multiple locations. Our Nandanam branch is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead our operations and drive growth.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Nandanam clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the clinic/healthcare sector, proven team handling capabilities, and a track record of achieving targets. The Centre Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, managing staff, ensuring exceptional patient experience, and maintaining clinic standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Operations Management
- Oversee all daily operations of the clinic ensuring smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain highest standards of clinic cleanliness, hygiene, and patient care
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment required for clinic operations
- Coordinate with headquarters for administrative and operational support
2. Sales & Marketing
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive patient footfall
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by management
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporates, and referral partners
- Plan and execute promotional activities, health camps, and awareness programs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Handle patient inquiries, bookings, and ensure high conversion rates
3. Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the clinic staff including therapists, front desk, and support team
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure staff adherence to protocols and maintain discipline
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
- Recruit and train new team members as per requirements
4. Financial Management
- Manage daily cash collection, billing, and payment reconciliation
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations
- Achieve profitability targets and contribute to business growth
5. Customer Relations
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction
- Handle patient complaints and feedback professionally and promptly
- Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Maintain patient records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, patient visits, and inventory
- Prepare performance reports including sales, revenue, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with corporate office for audits and compliance requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Healthcare Management preferred)
- Additional certification in Healthcare Administration will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the clinic, hospital, or healthcare sector
- Prior experience in team handling and clinic operations management
- Experience in target-oriented roles with proven track record of achieving goals
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of clinic management software (preferred)
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
