Job Description:We are hiring a Branch Sales Manager for a top broking company. The role is focused on open market field sales of Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Mortgage products.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate business through open market field sales
• Source Home Loan, LAP, and Mortgage cases
• Build relationships with DSAs, builders, connectors, and direct customers
• Handle branch-level sales targets and performance
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
• Eligibility Criteria:Experience: 3–6 years in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales
• Mandatory: Strong experience in open market & field sales
• Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
• Gender: Male candidates only (as per client requirement)
• Target-driven with strong local market knowledge
• Salary:CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Maximum)
