Job Overview

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth at a local/area level by expanding channels, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other external partners.

Reporting Structure

• Reports To: Branch Manager
• Reportees: Individual Contributor Role

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Segment the market and identify potential direct clients to generate business through customized loan structure offerings with healthy margins
• Achieve sales targets by building and managing strong relationships within the DSA / DST / Connector network
• Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source new business
• Drive faster TATs through effective loan sanctioning by maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Track and report sales operations and productivity metrics to build a high-performance sales culture
• Actively participate in business-driven initiatives and sales contests

Required Skills & Competencies

• Aggressive and target-driven sales approach
• Strong knowledge of Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage or other Secured Products
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude
