Job Description
Post : Branch Sales Manager
- Work with assigned bank branches (2–3 branches or as assigned), coordinate with branch managers and staff, build trust, and liaise for product promotion.
- Work from assigned bank branches to sell life insurance products.
- Meet walk-in customers and pitch suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve sales targets through direct customer interaction and referrals.
- cross selling in Casa, Loan, Credit card, Debit card.
- Regularly report sales updates and attend training sessions.
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation (minimum) is usually required.
- Must have 1 year of experience in Sales / Banking / Finance / Insurance Sector
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills — since role involves coordination with bank staff and customers.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, good sales acumen and ability to build/maintain relationships.
- Willingness to travel / visit assigned bank branches regularly.
