Develop annual brand plans, value proposition that resonate with Bharat's diverse culture and customer segments

Utilise Expertise to increase brand visibility

Create and sustain a steady plan to attract and retain customers

Collaborate with Teams to achieve business targets

Synchronise seasonal promotions, festive pushes and new attraction launches - both in ATL and BTL domains

Closely work with Social Media Team for specific promotions and lead generations

Maintain and enforce comprehensive Brand Guidelines (Logos, Colours, Tone) with guaranteed Consistency

Conduct research, track competitive activity and measure Brand health

Identify and close alliances with institutions, corporates, tourism boards, Hindu Religious Institutions, forums and consumer brands

Control Annual Offline Marketing budget monitor ROI, CPV and footfall lift.

Work closely with Sales Team to ensure leads generated through BTL efforts are followed up

Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectives
