Job Title: Multi-Technician (Electrical Focus)

Job Summary: 

A skilled Multi-Technician with a strong focus on electrical systems, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building infrastructure and equipment. Also supervises plumbing works to ensure smooth facility operations and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment 

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical and basic MEP systems 

- Supervise plumbing works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion 

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and maintain service records 

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical or related field with hands-on experience 

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety standards 

- Ability to read technical drawings; experience supervising plumbing work preferred
