Position Details

Designation: Bus Captain

Shift: Evening & Night (6 days/week)

Salary: ₹15,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives

• ResponsibilitiesManage passenger boarding and ensure timely reporting at the allotted point.
• Assist passengers to their respective seats and ensure all bus facilities are in order.
• Contact passengers who are running late and guide them to the boarding location.
• Travel with the bus during the journey and return the next day (8–14 hours travel).
• Maintain daily checklists and report issues to improve passenger experience.
• Handle spot bookings and maintain related records.
• Communicate with passengers during and after the journey to collect feedback and ratings.
• Requirements Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily with buses and maintain punctuality.
• Professional behavior with polite communication.
• Tamil fluency is mandatory; basic English preferred.
